CAMPING GUIDELINES

Lots are available seasonally, monthly, or daily.

A deposit is required within one week of your stay, including holidays. Your site will be forfeited if no deposit was received. No refunds on cancellations.

All campers must register before setting up camp. The registration office is site #1 on your left when entering the park.

All pets must be leashed and can not be left unattended. You are required to clean up after your pet and keep them from disturbing other campers. Your pet will be asked to leave and no longer accompany the park if this becomes an issue.

Quiet time is 11pm - 8am. All children must be at your site by 11pm. Please respect this policy or it may result in a loss of your camping privileges.

Clean up after yourself. Dumpster's are located within the park. Please throw garbage in the dumpster upon leaving the park.


No garbage burning in the fire pits! No unattended campfires. Campfires must be put out before retiring for the night or leaving the site. All fires must be in a fire ring. You are allowed to bring your own fire ring and firewood.

No fireworks are allowed in the campground.

The grounds are patrolled daily.

Please stay off other peoples lots as it violates their privacy. Use the driveway to get to your destination. There are lots next to the shower house, so please go around them when they are rented out.

Do not drive across open areas. There are drain field pipes that could be damaged.

All seasonal and monthly lots require a non refundable deposit to reserve the lot.

Deposits for seasonal units must be made by January 15th to reserve your spot for the next season with the remaining balance to be paid by April 1st.

Seasonal sites are committed for the season regardless of date vacated. No refunds.

Lots leased are to be used by the owner and immediate family only. There must always be an immediate family member 18 years or older to occupy the unit overnight. Tents put on the site will be charged a $20 fee per tent.

Campers that want decks are to have detached decks only are are subject to property taxes. All lots that have sheds or decks must be reported to the county for property taxes at the owners expense. Tax information will be sent directly to the camper from the county.

No additions to seasonal's will be allowed.

Seasonal campers are responsible for upkeep of their own lot. Knapp Memorial Park will mow as close as possible but you are ultimately responsible for the rest. If the park has to mow for you, a $10 fee per time will incur.
